When your tot grows tired of the yellow lined legal pad, treat him to a super special Taro Gomi drawing book.
Since there are four different books to choose from, there's one for every lil artist.
If your honey needs a little direction, Scribbles ($14) or Doodles ($14) might be the right choice as they gives wee ones an image to build on for every page.

This woman claims to be putting her "psychic intuition" into practice while drawing a portrait of the dude sitting in front of her. The drawing was intended to be of his face, but begins to resemble something a little more south of the border. Peep show, anyone?

When you're running, it's important to stay hydrated, since you can end up sweating a lot. Waistpacks that hold water bottles are great for biking and hiking when I need to have my hands free, but when I'm running, I love the easy access of a hand held water bottle.
Check out this one made by Nathan.

As someone who tore down her boy band posters years ago, and who certainly has no teenage offspring to decorate for, I usually find PBteen unapproachable. I always go back for a surf though, in hopes of finding an unusual gem like these art school style Wooden Drawing Mannequins ($45 for a set of three, on sale).
The ice-blue shade is reminiscent of those iconic Tiffany's boxes we all know and love, and would contribute a nice kick of color to any room.

Last week, the Lady Gaga and Beyonce video for Telephone was revealed to the world and it seems like nobody has talked about anything else since. I broke down the looks for you last week, but I wanted to draw your attention to these sunglasses. If the Mickey Mouse sunglasses look familiar to you, that's because Lady Gaga also wore them in the Paparazzi video.

Here's an excerpt from OnSugar blog The Make-Up Blogette:
I made a frivolous purchase, and got Les Trompe-L'œil De Chanel — whatever, it's just temporary tattoos! ... It's five sheets of designs, a total of 55 pieces of patterns that you can combine together to create your own 'necklaces,' 'bracelets,' etc.

We're up to week 10 of the Get Fit For 2010 giveaway and this week's challenge is to share your favorite healthy snack. Here's a satisfying idea from nic222 that's easy to munch on anywhere.
I try to fit in a piece of raw fruit for my morning healthy snack, but in a pinch, I grab an individual bag of "Just a handful of simply almonds, cashews and cranberries" from Trader Joe's.

Here's a post from CasaSugar Community member nancita from the Art(ist)s & Craft(er)s group:
I am not an expert crafter, but I have a friend who is, and she has started hosting a Craft Happy Hour, where she teaches her noncrafty friends to sew, using a different project each month. Food and drinks are served, hence the "happy hour."My first time using a sewing machine ever (!), we made these throw pillows with self-made appliques. I didn't think I could do it, but it was surprisingly easy and oh so cute.

Harley Pasternak says that if you follow his 5 Factor diet, you will see results. First, eat five times a day: two meals and three snacks. Next, everything you eat should have five components: lean protein, low glycemic carbs, healthy fats, fiber, and a sugar-free beverage.
